Thank you for shopping with Savvy Frogs Crystals! We take great care in packing and shipping your crystals to ensure they arrive safely.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during sales, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (domestic)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship using reputable carriers such as USPS (or your preferred carrier). Carrier selection may vary based on package size, weight, and destination.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We package all crystals with care; however, if your order arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of:

    • The damaged item(s)

    • The shipping box and packaging

This allows us to assist you as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.

Savvy Frogs Crystals is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier once marked as delivered.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
