Due to the natural and unique nature of crystals and minerals, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged during shipping.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged as a result of shipping, "Customers must contact within 7 days of delivery"
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:
Your order number Clear photos of the damaged item

Photos of the original packaging and shipping box
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
